Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsibleforbuffingandhandfinishingmachinedpartstoahighcosmeticstandardusinghandheldpowertools.
• Responsibleforcleaningandmaintenanceofallpowertoolsusedinthebufferingprocess.
• Managestocklevelsofallconsumablesusingthebuffering processandliaisewithmanagementtoreorderifnecessary.
• Responsibleforvisualqualitycontrolonalloutgoingpartsthathavebeenbuffed.ThiswillagainbecheckedbyQCafterwards.
• Communicatewellbetweenmachineoperators,qualitycontroland management.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines.

Essential Requirements

• Haveakeeneyefordetail.
• Abletoworkindependentlyinafast-pacedmachineshop.
• Knowledgeoforexperienceusingorbitalsandersandorhand files.
• Experience working in an engineering Environment
