We are seeking a Head of Estimating/ Director of Estimating, a senior leadership role designed to support ongoing commercial growth in the high-end fit-out sector. This position is central to the company’s strategic goals, as they continue to expand their reach.

Role Overview & Strategic Impact

• You will lead an existing team of estimators, with plans for the team to expand in line with the business’ organic growth.
• The role bridges technical construction fit-out expertise with high-level commercial strategy, including building relationships with high-net-worth individuals and industry stakeholders.

Core Responsibilities

• Overseeing the production of accurate, competitive estimates for prestigious commercial and super-prime residential projects.
• Acting as a key point of contact for both internal departments and external clients to foster collaborative, long-term relationships.
• Driving consistency and technical excellence across the estimating function, ensuring all activities align with the company's "best in class" values.
• Proven track record at Head of Estimating level, directing commercial strategy for super-prime fit-outs where bespoke finishes are the norm.
• Highly analytical approach with a "first-pass" ability to identify discrepancies in complex datasets, ensuring 100% accuracy.
• Expert in leveraging market trends and building regulations to protect margins while maintaining the uncompromising quality standards of high-end residential projects.
