The Opportunity
Join a high-growth, regulated fintech building next-generation infrastructure at the intersection of traditional finance and digital assets. The platform enables institutional clients to trade, tokenise, and manage real-world financial assets on blockchain rails, covering the full lifecycle from issuance through to trading and custody.

The Role
You’ll be part of a high-calibre engineering team building scalable, secure systems that power a modern financial marketplace.
Responsibilities include:
- Designing and building low-latency, high-throughput backend services
- Developing APIs and services using TypeScript and/or Python
- Working on systems supporting trading, custody, and asset tokenisation
- Contributing to AI-driven features, such as automation, analytics, or intelligent workflows
- Collaborating with product, quant, and infrastructure teams
- Ensuring systems meet regulatory, security, and reliability standards expected in financial services
What They’re Looking For
- Strong experience with TypeScript and/or Python
- Background in financial services, fintech, or capital markets
- Experience building distributed systems or high-performance platforms
- Exposure to AI / machine learning applications (production or applied)
- Solid understanding of APIs, cloud infrastructure, and system design
- Bonus: experience with trading systems, digital assets, or blockchain
