Job Description

• I have just met with the corporate partners at a leading practice in Edinburgh who are keen to make multiple hires at the 2-5 PQE level to meet anticipated deal-flow for this financial year.
• This team had a blockbuster year last year and as such is one of the very few corporate teams in Scotland with plans to hire at this level.
• This is a leading, full-service corporate practice spanning big-ticket private M&A, private equity and venture capital investment mandates, restructurings and JVs. Clients range from private family offices to FTSE100 companies.
• Hybrid working (2 days in the office), salaries which are amongst the highest in Scotland and an impeccable firm culture.
