This is a 3-month contract to start on a major landfill / environmental project.
If youre good at what you do, theres a very strong chance youll stay on not just on this job, but across a pipeline of projects throughout Ireland.
If youre just looking for a stopgap, fair enough.
If you want something that actually turns into long-term work, this is where it happens.
The Role
Youll be running a busy site, keeping things safe, on programme, and moving forward without constant firefighting.
This isnt a clipboard job. Youll be expected to take ownership and make decisions.
What Youll Be Doing
Managing day-to-day site operations
Coordinating subcontractors and trades
Driving programme and keeping works on track
Maintaining high HSEQ standards (not just ticking boxes)
Ensuring quality is right first time
Liaising with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders
What Were Actually Looking For
Proven experience as a Site Manager on civils / landfill / groundworks / infrastructure projects
Strong knowledge of earthworks, drainage, and site operations
Someone who can run a job without needing hand-held
Solid leadership, not afraid to push back when needed
SMSTS + CSR Card (essential)
