We’re hiring for a Technology Delivery Lead to take ownership of complex digital delivery, bringing structure, pace and clarity to large‑scale technology programmes.

The role sits within a major technology delivery organisation operating at national and enterprise scale. Teams work on long‑term, high‑impact programmes where quality, pace and stakeholder confidence are critical, and delivery leadership is genuinely valued.

What you’ll do as a Technology Delivery Lead

• Leading the delivery of complex technology initiatives across multiple workstreams
• Managing senior stakeholders and navigating complex delivery environments with confidence
• Guiding multi‑disciplinary teams through Agile delivery, ensuring clear direction and accountability
• Translating technical detail into concise, business‑focused updates and decisions
• Defining and tracking delivery metrics, identifying risks and driving continuous improvement

About the Candidate

The right Technology Delivery Lead should have:

• Proven experience leading delivery across complex technology or digital programmes
• Strong working knowledge of Agile delivery principles and delivery best practice
• Confident engaging with technical teams and understanding technical concepts
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders in structured, governance‑led environments
• Clear, effective communicator with a pragmatic and organised delivery mindset
