Salary: £33,200

OVERVIEW

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Working closely with partners, solicitors, and paralegals on a broad range of Court of Protection matters
• Assisting with the provision of legal advice under supervision and attending client meetings
• Visiting clients in hospitals, care homes, and their homes
• Managing client finances, including processing payments, budgeting, and forecasting expenditure
• Maintaining regular contact with clients and handling their day-to-day requirements
• Drafting legal documents including letters, witness statements, and court applications
• Handling correspondence with clients, solicitors, and third parties in a professional manner
• Supporting case management and administrative tasks across multiple matters
• Working collaboratively within the team and across different fee earners

ABOUT YOU

• Previous experience within Court of Protection
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Law degree preferred
• Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
• Comfortable working with figures and financial administration
• Proactive, flexible, and able to work effectively under pressure
