Product Director – Ladieswear

Our client are a mid sized, high street fashion retailer, now looking to significantly scale. Currently operating from 40 stores and via digital channels, they have their sights on more than doubling over the next 4 – 5 years.

As a result they now seek a Product Director to manage a team of c 15 employees across the design, buying and merchandising / planning functions.

We seek extensive Ladieswear Buying experience from a private label, high street background. You will have operated at very senior Head of Buying level or Buying Director level.

This would especially suit an individual who has:

• Experience of living and working in other geographical locations and can demonstrate an affinity / curiosity of other cultures.
• Experience of managing design and or merchandising / planning functions.
• Experience of working at small / scale up organisations alongside the corporates.
• Experience of implementing processes during a scale up.
• Confidence when working with some ambiguity during a scale up.
