Job Title: Lifecycle & Project Works Manager
Location: Buckinghamshire (covering two hospital sites)
Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time (Mon–Fri / 08:00–16:00)
Salary: £60,000 – £65,000 per annum + Excellent Benefits
I am working with a leading Facilities Management provider to support recruitment of a Lifecycle & Project Works Manager. We are seeking an experienced Lifecycle & Project Works Manager to oversee Hard FM and project works programmes across two complex healthcare environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple lifecycle and project works programmes, ensuring delivery to agreed budgets, timelines and objectives
- Develop feasibility studies, business cases, project briefs and initiation documents
- Produce project plans, technical specifications, tender documentation and schedules of work
- Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants and internal stakeholders across all project phases
- Ensure compliance with CDM2015 legislation, RIBA stages and healthcare statutory requirements
- Monitor contractor performance, RAMS, permits to work and health & safety standards
- Build strong relationships with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders across healthcare environments
- Oversee commissioning, handover and post-project review activities
- Prepare progress reports, programme updates and budget tracking documentation
- Drive sustainability, energy efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives across projects
Ideal Candidate:
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience with project management qualifications
- Strong background delivering Hard FM, Capital or Lifecycle projects within complex environments
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance, CDM2015 and RIBA frameworks
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong commercial awareness, budgeting and reporting capability
- Experience within PFI or healthcare estates environments is advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CAFM systems
