Office Manager (Part-Time, 3 Days per Week)

Location: West London

A high-end residential interior design studio based in West London is seeking a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Manager to join the team on a part-time basis (3 days per week). This is a key role within a small, design-led studio known for delivering exceptional private residential projects with precision, discretion, and creativity.

The Role

As Office Manager, you will be the backbone of the studio’s day-to-day operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. You will work closely with the design team, supporting both administrative and operational functions while maintaining a polished and professional studio environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily studio operations and ensure efficient workflows
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and team diaries
  • Handle correspondence, calls, and general enquiries with professionalism
  • Maintain office systems, filing, and documentation
  • Support project administration, including supplier coordination and order tracking
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks, invoicing, and expense management
  • Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and clients where required
  • Ensure the studio environment is organised, welcoming, and reflective of the brand

About You

  • Previous experience in an office management or administrative role (design or creative industry experience essential.
  • Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with a professional and discreet approach
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to manage multiple tasks independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
  • Comfortable working in a small, collaborative team environment
