We are working with a global mid-market investment bank looking to hire a Senior Analyst into its growing Healthcare team in London.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly active platform with strong momentum, a successful M&A track record and exposure to high-quality Healthcare and MedTech transactions across the mid-market.

The Opportunity

You will join a specialist team advising healthcare corporates, founder-led businesses and private equity-backed clients on strategic M&A transactions, while gaining significant exposure across both execution and origination.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of Healthcare and MedTech M&A mandates
• Contribute to business development and origination initiatives
• Coordinate and perform business due diligence
• Prepare high-quality client materials including pitches, management presentations and transaction documentation
• Conduct company valuation and financial analysis
• Support planning and marketing of M&A engagements
• Supervise and mentor junior team members
• Manage multiple live deal workstreams in a fast-paced environment

Candidate Profile

We are keen to speak with candidates who have:

• 3–4 years’ M&A execution experience
• Background from an investment bank, M&A boutique or Big Four corporate finance team
• Strong track record executing transactions from pitch through close
• Experience managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills
• Ability to assess Healthcare businesses from financial, strategic and market perspectives
• Strong judgement, problem solving and execution mindset
• Proactive, energetic and entrepreneurial approach
