About the Role
Following the relocation and expansion of a specialist SEN school in Northwest Birmingham, we are seeking a dedicated and resilient Band 6 Speech and Language Therapist to join a growing and forward-thinking clinical team.

This position has been developed as part of a long-term strategic plan to expand Speech and Language Therapy provision across the organisation, following discussions at a clinical conference earlier this year.
About the School
The school has undergone significant growth over the past 15 months, expanding from 45 pupils to approximately 77, with a registered capacity of 90 and further growth planned.
The provision supports children primarily with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), alongside pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. The environment is structured, well-led, and focused on enabling pupils to access education through effective communication strategies.
The organisation is continuing to grow, including acquiring additional schools in the South, creating wider networking and development opportunities for therapists.
