MB are partnering with a leading retail group, looking for a permanent HR Advisor. This is a 5-day at-site role, based in Wembley.
This is a fast-moving, commercially focused HR role within a leading retail group. You’ll be embedded in a dynamic Head Office environment where no two days look the same. If you thrive in pace, enjoy being hands-on, and want exposure across the full HR lifecycle, this is the kind of role that accelerates careers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries across the business
- Supporting employee relations cases end-to-end (disciplinary, grievance, absence)
- Partnering with managers to drive performance and people initiatives
- Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
- Maintaining HR systems and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
- Contributing to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in food manufacturing, retail, or a similar fast-paced environment
- Solid grounding in employee relations and HR processes
- Confident communicator who can influence and challenge where needed
- Highly organised, resilient, and able to prioritise under pressure
- Ambitious mindset with a desire to grow and develop
Salary: Up to £35,000
