As a HR Assistant, you will report into and work closely with the Group HR Team supporting the day to day operations of the HR function. Reporting into the HR Operations Manager, you will be managing the full employee life cycle, acting as the first point of contact for all HR queries and supporting with the administration of the recruitment process including:
- Supporting managers in various performance management processes
- Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, managing the central inbox and escalating where needed
- Provide first-line guidance to managers, building strong working relationships across the business
- Manage end-to-end recruitment coordination, including job adverts, CV screening, interview scheduling, and ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, from issuing offer packs and collecting documentation to processing leavers and references
- Support HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives, including contributing to programmes such as induction and probation enhancements
- Maintain and update HR systems, track absence data, and produce accurate reports and insights for the wider business
