Area General Manager

Perle Hotels is seeking an exceptional Area General Manager to lead our three Isle of Skye properties: The Bosville, Marmalade and The Bracken Hide.

This role has responsibility for a multi-site luxury portfolio in one of the most extraordinary locations in the UK.

The Role

You will hold full accountability for:

• Three hotels, three restaurants and two bars
• Multi-site P&L performance
• Workforce stability in a seasonal island market
• Brand standards and guest experience
• Operational compliance and governance
• Senior leadership development

You will act as the Managing Director's representative on Skye, visible, decisive and commercially sharp, yet grounded and approachable to your teams and the Portree community.

• Confident P&L ownership with connection to operating outcomes
• Experience leading F&B operations

A package between £72,000 and £83,000 which includes:
