Description

• Working on a range of corporate transactions including M&A deals
• Advising on corporate reorganisations and strategic business matters
• Managing and developing key client relationships
• Mentoring junior members of the team
• Driving business development and identifying new opportunities
• Playing a key role in the growth and direction of the Corporate team
• Working with other departments
• Contributing to the firm’s wider strategic objectives

Profile

• A solicitor with significant PQE in corporate law
• Experienced in handling M&A transactions and corporate restructures
• Commercially minded with strong business development skills
• Able to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Previously managed teams
• Ideally currently operating at Partner or Legal Director level, or ready to step up

Job Offer

• Salary ranging from £100,000 to £150,000.
