About the role
We're building something brand new, and we're looking for someone who knows how to take a product from nothing to market.
This is a zero‑to‑one product marketing role within a small, founder‑led product team. You'll take a new product from concept to market: validating the audience, shaping the narrative, owning GTM end‑to‑end, and bridging the gap between what we're building and the people we're building it for.
As a team that thrives on in‑person collaboration, this role is based full‑time at our London office.
This is the role for you if you're excited to work on:
- Insights & validation You are the team's source of truth on who the user is and why they care. You'll run a systematic research agenda — user interviews, competitive mapping, and testing and validation — and synthesize it into insight that informs both the product and the story we tell about it.
- Positioning & narrative You'll own positioning and narrative, working closely with the Founder and Head of Marketing to define our differentiation and build messaging that resonates.
- GTM strategy & execution You'll own the full GTM motion: strategy, launch planning, and cross‑functional coordination with the wider marketing team. You're the single point of accountability for bringing this product to market.
- Building in public You'll work with the marketing team to build thought leadership and credibility in the market, drive community engagement, and turn external feedback into sharper positioning and better product decisions.
- Working on an AI‑native product AI isn't a feature on the roadmap, it's the foundation of what we're building. You'll shape how we talk about a product that evolves quickly, where trust, transparency, and user education are as important as positioning.
The skills you will need to be successful:
- 5+ years in product marketing, with meaningful experience in early‑stage or zero‑to‑one environments, ideally at a startup and/or in the AI space.
- Strong experience in a PLG environment. You've worked on a PLG product before and understand how the product itself drives acquisition, activation, and retention — and how marketing plays into that motion.
- Comfortable wearing many hats. In the early days you'll focus on testing and validation, developing the value proposition, and planning the GTM launch. You have experience owning GTM end‑to‑end and are just as comfortable running user interviews as you are writing a landing page or crafting a positioning narrative.
- Independent and execution‑focused. You work well without a large team around you, don't need a tightly scoped role to do your best work, and are more energized by building something new than refining something established.
- Genuinely curious about AI and how it can make you better at your job. You've experimented with AI tools and automations yourself, not because you had to, but because you wanted to find smarter ways to work. You bring that same scrappy, self‑starting energy to everything you do.
What’s in it for you:
- Budgets for things like noise‑cancelling headphones, personal development, professional training, and health & wellness
- Sponsored visits to our office locations
- Company‑wide annual offsite
- Medical insurance for you and your dependents
Note: Employment is contingent upon successful completion of background checks, including verification of employment, education, and criminal records.
