Job Description:

Pax8 is looking for a Strategy Project Manager to join our team in Bristol, leading complex, high‑impact initiatives across our EMEA organisation as we continue to scale our cloud marketplace.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity and sees undefined spaces as an opportunity to create clarity, momentum, and results. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll help turn strategic ambition into meaningful action while shaping how our ways of working evolve as the business grows.

You’ll also be joining Pax8 at an exciting point in our AI journey, as new tools and smarter processes are introduced to enhance how we operate. It’s a chance to grow with the organisation, influence what comes next, and play a key role in driving meaningful change.

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex, strategic projects from concept through to delivery across multiple teams and regions.
  • Translate business strategy into clear, executable plans with measurable outcomes.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to align priorities, manage dependencies, and drive decision‑making.
  • Create clarity through structured governance, reporting, and risk management.
  • Drive continuous improvement in how we plan, deliver, and scale initiatives across Pax8.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience delivering complex, cross‑functional programmes in fast‑paced environments.
  • Substantial ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders across diverse teams.
  • Proven strength in turning ambiguity into clear, actionable plans.
  • Considerable experience with programme governance, risk management, and delivery frameworks.
  • A strategic mindset paired with a hands‑on, delivery‑focused approach.
  • To fulfil this role, you must hold valid right to work in the United Kingdom.
