- Analyze user behavior across legal personas to identify friction points and conduct impact analysis for new features using product data.
The ideal candidate:
- 5+ years of experience in a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or Product Owner role specifically within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record in agile delivery using Jira/Confluence, with the ability to turn high‑ambiguity user problems into actionable development items.
- Thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑autonomy startup setting and possesses the judgment to balance deep thinking with the need to ship fast.
