Senior Contracts Manager

Overview

Senior Contracts Manager – EV Infrastructure (NEC4) in Scotland Highlands. Location: Field-Based – Aberdeen / Scottish Highlands. Salary: Up to £70k + Benefits. Must have UK work eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead NEC4 contract management
• Oversee commercial & financial performance
• Support EV infrastructure project delivery
• Ensure H&S (CDM 2015) compliance
• Manage stakeholders & quality standards

Requirements

• 3+ years’ contracts management (civils/infrastructure)
• Strong NEC4 administration experience
• Knowledge of CDM 2015 & UK H&S regulations
• Experience with public sector/local authorities
• Strong commercial & risk management skills

Desirable

• NEC4 accreditation or ICE / APM / RICS membership
• EV or renewable energy project experience
• NEBOSH / IOSH
