The Role
As the Finance Business Partner, you ll:
- Provide financial leadership to the operational team.

- Identify efficiencies and profit improvement opportunities, supporting regional and segment initiatives.
- Ensure robust financial controls and processes are in place.
- Build effective working relationships with operational stakeholders through collaboration.
You
To be successful in the role of Finance Business Partner, you ll bring:
- Qualified Accountant with a minimum of 5 years PQE.
- Proven finance business partnering experience at senior leadership level within a complex contract environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex issues and implement solutions.
- Experience managing client and supplier relationships.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills within a matrix structure.
