Financial Reporting Compilations Manager

Responsibilities

As a Manager you will lead the Business Services and Outsourcing team, managing day‑to‑day team operations and overseeing statutory financial statement preparation, corporate tax services, and ad‑hoc advisory work. You will support senior colleagues, contribute to strategic growth, coach junior staff, and support business development and commercial performance.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA, ACCA or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a management role.
• Strong working knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS and related financial reporting requirements.
• Previous experience preparing and reviewing statutory accounts.
• Business development experience – able to identify and convert service opportunities.
