Litigation Solicitor

We are a specialist boutique commercial law firm based in Henley‑on‑Thames, seeking a 3‑5 years’ PQE Solicitor who is keen to build a long‑term career in commercial litigation and dispute resolution.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Solicitor to gain hands‑on experience in high‑quality, complex disputes, working closely with senior practitioners in a supportive and collaborative environment.

The Role

• Commercial Litigation
• Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
• Mediation and Arbitration
• Business Debt Recovery
• Contractual Disputes (including contracts governed by the law of England & Wales)
• Claims against Directors
• Franchise Disputes
• Injunctions
• Partnership and Shareholder Disputes
• International disputes

Clients with interests in London, Geneva, Stockholm, Rotterdam, Dubai and Florida.

About You

• 3‑5 years’ PQE
• A genuine interest in commercial litigation and dispute resolution
• Strong drafting, research and analytical skills
• Confident communicator with a professional, client‑focused approach
• Proactive, enthusiastic and keen to develop technical expertise in commercial disputes

Previous exposure to contentious work, ADR, or international matters would be an advantage, but is not essential.
