Corporate Solicitor (2-4 PQE)

Locations: Wiltshire (Swindon | Bath | Royal Wootton Bassett | Marlborough | Chippenham | Devizes). Hybrid Working Available.

We are looking to recruit a Corporate Solicitor with 2-4 years' post-qualified experience to join a growing Corporate team, based in Swindon, Bath, Marlborough or Chippenham.

An excellent opportunity for a motivated solicitor to undertake high-quality corporate work within a supportive and collaborative environment.

The Role

• Acquisitions and disposals (share sales, business and asset purchases/sales)
• Corporate restructures
• Management buy-outs
• Shareholders' agreements
• Joint venture agreements
• Ad hoc company matters and corporate governance advice

You will have regular client contact and increasing responsibility for transactions, working closely with senior colleagues who support your professional development.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 2-4 years' PQE in corporate law
• Strong technical skills with a practical, commercial approach
• Confident communicator with a collaborative mindset
