Roles and Responsibilities
- Join an engaged and dynamic Board and Chair our Audit Committee.
- Support us through the next phase of our transformation, aligning our ambitions with the NHS 10Year Health Plan for England and ongoing system reform.
- Work with a high performing board, influence future direction, support continuous organisational development, and champion our critical services and those who use them.
Qualifications
- Inclusive and independent board level leader with recent, relevant financial leadership experience, an accountancy qualification and strong governance expertise.
- Clear communicator, proving a track record gained in complex organisational settings in either the public or private sector.
- Strategic and analytical skills combined with experience of assurance through robust controls and risk management systems.
- Commitment to high quality patient care and an understanding of our diverse communities.
Remuneration & Commitment
£13,584 per annum for a time commitment of 2.5–3 days per month.
