The UK government’s “UK Infrastructure: A 10 Year Strategy” sets out a long-term, cross-sector plan to drive economic growth, deliver net zero, and improve public services. With a £725 billion commitment, the strategy prioritises stability, private investment, and robust delivery across transport, energy, digital, water, housing, and social infrastructure. Sustainable infrastructure will play a critical role in delivering this strategy. The opportunity

Advising clients on their most complex sustainable infrastructure challenges, is a core focus for EY, and something that spans multiple sectors and competencies. We are focused on growing our sustainable infrastructure programme focus and large‑scale transformation delivery across our wide range of clients within a variety of sectors, including Government, Transport, Energy and Utilities, Housing and Telecommunications. We want people who are passionate about sustainability and climate change and who are keen to help clients realise decarbonisation and energy transition ambitions.

We are looking to grow our overall presence across the infrastructure sector and be involved in the design, development and delivery of significant programmes under the recently published UK Infrastructure 10 Year Strategy .

We are seeking a Senior Manager level Consultant with experience leading business change and organisation design in Infrastructure. As a Senior Manager, you will be a leader in a client facing team on complex transformation programmes for leading organisations across UK&I, delivering change and organisation design to drive better business, environmental and people outcomes for long‑lasting results. Now more than ever, clients want to understand how change affects their people. As part of the team you will be skilled at helping clients take a ‘human centred’ approach to achieve successful transformation. Using the latest innovations, you will partner with clients on their biggest challenges to find people‑centric solutions that work for their organisation – from implementing culture, new operating models, technology and people change to communication strategies and leadership development.
