- Salary: £33,000–£36,000 per annum
- Company Car: Provided
- Overtime, Travel & Subsistence Payable
- Hybrid Working: Mainly on‑site with occasional office and home working
- Opportunities for Career Growth: Progress into Training, Cross‑Training (e.g., Fire Risk Assessments), and Client‑Facing Roles
- High Staff Retention & Long‑Term Clients
- Training & Development: Expand your technical and leadership skills
What You’ll Be Doing
- Work with national and local clients across sectors, delivering high‑quality asbestos consultancy services such as conducting asbestos surveys, reinspections, and bulk sampling
- Air monitoring and issuing Certificates of Re‑occupation & Statements of Cleanliness
- Advising clients on compliance, regulations, and remediation
- Producing clear, accurate reports and quality documentation
- Maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring service excellence
Who We’re Looking For
- Relevant BOHS P‑Certifications or Equivalent
- At least 12 months of UKAS‑accredited experience
- Full manual UK driving licence and willingness to travel
- Flexibility to work weekends/unsocial hours as needed
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Comfortable using handheld devices and MS Office tools
