Senior RF & Analogue Design Engineer

Position Overview

A Senior RF Engineer with strong analogue skills will join a thriving technical consultancy to work on a complex range of Defence related projects from radar systems to sensors and radio communications. This is a great opportunity to bring your own ideas to solve challenging real-world problems, interacting closely with Clients. Due to the nature of Defence projects you must be eligible for basic level UK Security Clearance.

Key Responsibilities

As a key member of a multidisciplinary engineering team, the successful Senior RF & Analogue Engineer will have the opportunity to work closely with clients, using technical expertise to find innovative solutions to their complex requirements. They will bring experience of developing products from concept through to successful design verification.

Requirements

• A minimum of a 2.1 BEng/MEng in Electronic Engineering or relevant subject.


• Several years of post‑graduate RF-based circuit design experience, ideally some within a defence‑related environment.


• Proven analogue design and simulation experience.


• Experience developing products from conception through to manufacture.


• Experience with radar systems, surveillance and/or sensors highly beneficial.


• Strong leadership skills plus customer‑facing experience.
