Job Title: Oracle EBS HCM Technical Consultant (Open to Offshore Candidates)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS HCM Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite HCM modules and deep technical proficiency in PL/SQL, Custom Forms, Reports, and Fast Formulas. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in designing, developing, customizing, and supporting Oracle EBS HCM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support technical solutions within Oracle EBS HCM modules
- Develop complex PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and perform performance tuning
- Build and maintain Custom Forms and Oracle Reports using Oracle Developer Suite
- Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for payroll, benefits, and HR processes
- Work on data conversions, interfaces, and integrations with external systems
- Provide technical support for HR modules, including troubleshooting and defect resolution
- Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, documentation, and best practices
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Oracle EBS HCM modules, including:
- Core HR
- Payroll
- Absence Management
- Expertise in Oracle PL/SQL development
- Hands‑on experience with Oracle Forms and Oracle Reports
- Strong knowledge of Fast Formula development and customization
- Experience with EBS APIs, Open Interfaces, and Concurrent Programs
- Good understanding of HR and Payroll business processes
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize existing code and processes
