We’re hiring for a Senior Sales Manager – Account Management Team


This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales leader who thrives on building high-performing teams, loves the pace and energy of the London on-trade scene, and brings a strong commercial mindset. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping and delivering Jascots’ growth strategy, leading the account management function and driving performance across an established and prestigious customer base.


Responsibilities



  • Lead, manage, and develop the account management team to achieve individual and collective target

  • Drive revenue and margin growth across the existing customer base

  • Maintain ownership of departmental targets alongside an individual account ledger

  • Build strong internal relationships to support business-wide growth plans

  • Collaborate with business development, marketing, and supply chain teams

  • Monitor and manage customer retention, with a focus on minimising attrition

  • Oversee commercial terms, pricing, and account performance

  • Support the management of aged debt in partnership with credit control

  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture


What we’re looking for


The ideal candidate will be an experienced sales leader with a strong background in the London on-trade market. They will bring proven people management skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels. A passion for wine is valued, but equally important is the ability to lead, inspire, and deliver results in a fast-moving environment.


Experience



  • Proven experience managing and developing a sales or account management team

  • Strong understanding of the London on-trade landscape

  • Track record of delivering against revenue and margin targets

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Commercially astute with a strategic mindset

  • Collaborative and hands-on approach to leadership

  • Strong wine knowledge or willingness to develop expertise
