We’re working with a well-established building services consultancy that is looking to appoint an experienced BREEAM Assessor to join their sustainability team.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver BREEAM assessments across a variety of projects
- Develop and implement early‑stage sustainability and energy strategies
- Produce clear and detailed sustainability and environmental reports
- Collaborate with design teams to embed low‑energy principles at concept stage
- Support delivery of energy and sustainability assessments, including:
- Embodied carbon and circular economy inputs
- Overheating and thermal comfort assessments
- Energy and infrastructure demand evaluations
- Contribute to client workshops and design team discussions
- Stay up to date with evolving UK regulations, standards, and best practice in sustainable design
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience delivering BREEAM assessments independently
- Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations (Part L and related standards)
- Experience using tools such as One Click LCA and/or IES (advantageous)
- Background in building services, sustainability, environmental science, or similar
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively
