Seeking an experienced Engineer to join their team. This is a hands‑on leadership role, responsible for driving engineering performance and supporting site operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of engineers to ensure high performance and engagement
• Oversee day‑to‑day maintenance and engineering activities across the site
• Plan and deliver preventative and reactive maintenance schedules
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficientlySupport and manage engineering projects and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and company procedures
• Work closely with production and operations teams to minimise downtime

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong engineering background (mechanical, electrical, or multi-skilled)
• Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role
• Excellent fault‑finding and problem‑solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, operational environment
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Relevant engineering qualification (HNC, HND, or equivalent)
