Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 + excellent benefits

Are you an experienced Procurement professional with a passion for social housing and delivering value for money? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward‑thinking organisation playing a key role in shaping procurement excellence across the sector.

The Role

As Procurement Manager, you will be at the heart of delivering compliant, high‑quality procurement solutions, working closely with clients, suppliers and stakeholders across the social housing landscape.

You will manage framework contracts, support end‑to‑end procurement activity and play a key role in driving best‑practice, performance and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and developing relationships with clients and suppliers
  • Delivering compliant procurement exercises and framework call‑offs
  • Supporting the full procurement lifecycle – from tender documentation through to contract management
  • Monitoring and analysing performance data to ensure high standards are met
  • Keeping up to date with procurement legislation and best practice
  • Supporting the development and use of systems (e.g. CRM) to enhance delivery
  • Representing the organisation at industry events, conferences and stakeholder meetings

About You

You are a confident and commercially astute procurement professional with strong experience within social housing or a related sector.

  • Strong knowledge of public sector procurement legislation and compliance
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and presentation skills
  • A collaborative and proactive approach
  • Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail

Desirable

  • CIPS / MCIPS / MRICS (or working towards)
