Job Description:

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a rare opportunity to lead the treatment experience at Bamford Wellness Spa, a peaceful retreat set within the idyllic surroundings of Daylesford Organic Farm. Here, treatments are more than services; they are thoughtfully designed rituals rooted in nature, combining organic ingredients, skilled touch, and a deeply holistic approach to wellbeing.

As Treatments Manager, you will be the driving force behind the quality, consistency, and evolution of our offering from signature Bamford massages and facials to advanced, results‑led therapies. You will ensure every treatment reflects our philosophy of nurturing the mind, body, and spirit, while creating a seamless and memorable guest journey.
