Assistant General Manager Responsibilities
- At least one year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in a busy restaurant environment.
- Work in partnership with the General Manager to coach and develop team members.
- Act as the General Manager’s right arm, leading and ensuring smooth restaurant operations in their absence.
- Bring commercial insight and ideas to grow the business.
- Prioritise first‑class service, seek tough feedback, and collaborate with the General Manager to raise standards.
