Role

• Manage the full cycle of bid preparation and submittal.
• Coordinate data from technical, commercial and program teams to produce high-quality proposals.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements, internal processes and industry standards.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the bidding process.
• Ensure bids meet all schedule milestones and budget expectations.
• Provide regular progress updates and resolve issues that may impact bid success.
• Develop the bid processes to improve speed and accuracy of future proposals.

The Person

• Proven experience in bid management gained within a manufacturing, engineering or technology-based field.
• Excellent project management, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities concurrently.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
