Role
- Manage the full cycle of bid preparation and submittal.
- Coordinate data from technical, commercial and program teams to produce high-quality proposals.
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements, internal processes and industry standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the bidding process.
- Ensure bids meet all schedule milestones and budget expectations.
- Provide regular progress updates and resolve issues that may impact bid success.
- Develop the bid processes to improve speed and accuracy of future proposals.

- Proven experience in bid management gained within a manufacturing, engineering or technology-based field.
- Excellent project management, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities concurrently.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
