Our Data Analyst Internship is an excellent opportunity to begin your career, offering hands‑on experience working on real projects. You’ll join the Digital Design Team within the East Midlands Specialist Learning & Development Hub (EMSLDH) on a 12‑month placement based at Force Headquarters.

Skills

• Gathering data and using analytical skills to provide detailed reports to senior stakeholders and produce KPIs.
• Supporting the design and development of dashboards.
• Building valuable, in‑demand analytical skills including:
• Creating Power BI dashboards using data from a variety of sources.
• Producing reports identifying compliance to inform learning and development planning.
• Responding to a wide range of freedom of information requests.
• Identifying, gathering and reporting on relevant data.

Qualifications

• Ability to collect data and use analytical skills to interpret into graphical, verbal and written formats.
• Experience preparing and presenting high‑quality complex reports.
• A logical, coherent and consistent approach to problem solving.
