What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of backend engineers
• Taking ownership of technical standards and engineering best practice
• Contributing to architectural discussions and long‑term technical strategy
• Designing and delivering scalable backend services and distributed systems
• Ensuring quality, performance, and reliability across key services
