M&E Project Engineer (Electrical Bias)

M&E Project Engineer required to join the team in Baildon, West Yorkshire.

Looking for someone who is principally electrically bias but able to manage a full M&E project.

This position could suit both an experienced Engineer and someone less experienced but on a path looking to progress knowledge and career.

Looking for someone who can take ownership of projects from start through to completion.

Responsibilities

  • Reviewing and re-evaluating projects against initial estimates prior to commencement
  • Procuring materials and managing buying processes
  • Developing and maintaining project programmes
  • Overseeing site delivery, ensuring quality and efficiency
  • Managing health & safety compliance
  • Preparing valuations and managing variations, including pricing
  • Driving projects through to final account and handover

Qualifications

  • Strong electrical background with a solid understanding of full M&E delivery
  • Proven experience managing projects end-to-end
  • Commercially aware, with confidence in valuations and variations
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership
  • A flexible, team-focused approach; willing to support across the business when required
