Adecco is pleased to be recruiting a Resident Services Manager on behalf of a public‑sector housing service. This is a senior, interim role focused on delivering service improvement, transformation, and digitisation within Housing Tenancy Services. The postholder will lead and manage a portfolio of strategic improvement projects while ensuring day‑to‑day service gaps are effectively covered. The role operates at both a strategic and operational level and includes direct line management responsibility.

- Based in Newham
- 36 hours per week
- Temporary for 12 months
Key Responsibilities
- Lead service improvement projects across Housing Tenancy Services
- Oversee digitisation initiatives including tenancy audit and self‑declaration programmes
- Drive improvements in data quality, systems usage, and reporting (NEC/Northgate)
- Review and implement policies and procedures to support service improvement
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators
- Provide line management for project and client support staff
- Support transition of project activity into business‑as‑usual services
About You
- Proven experience in housing services or a similar public‑sector environment
- Strong service improvement, transformation, or project leadership experience
- Experience managing staff and coordinating multi‑disciplinary work
- Confident working with housing systems, data and performance reporting
- Able to operate at pace in a complex, changing environment
