Overview
We’re supporting a global consulting‑led transformation for a major banking client, focused on modernising HR operations through Microsoft technologies. The programme centres on building a Co‑Pilot‑enabled HR case management solution, targeting ~70% automation of employee queries across a new Dynamics 365 environment. As a Co‑Pilot Engineer, you’ll be responsible for designing and building Co‑Pilot‑enabled workflows and applications across the Microsoft stack, supporting a large‑scale HR transformation.
Core Responsibilities
- Build and configure solutions across Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Develop and integrate Dynamics 365 Customer Service for HR case‑management use cases
- Implement Microsoft Copilot capabilities to automate HR queries and workflows
- Design scalable, user‑focused solutions aligned to enterprise standards
- Work closely with stakeholders across UK and US teams
What They’re Looking For
- Strong hands‑on experience across Power Platform and D365
- Proven experience delivering case‑management solutions (Customer Service)
- Exposure to or experience with Copilot / AI‑driven workflow automation
- Ability to operate in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments
- Clear communicator with strong delivery focus
