£120,000 - £150,000 base salary I London (Onsite)
We’re hiring a Deployment Engineer to work on solving real‑world technical problems in a mission‑critical environment, close to end users.
This role sits at the intersection of advanced AI and high‑performance hardware, helping move cutting‑edge systems from research into real‑world deployment.
You’ll work across the stack, from low‑level systems debugging to AI model integration on hardware, collaborating with researchers and engineers to take experimental technology and make it work reliably in the field.
This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy hard technical problems, real‑world constraints, and seeing the direct impact of their work.
What You’ll Do
- Solve technical challenges across the full stack, from kernel‑level debugging to AI model architecture work
- Work closely with AI researchers and hardware engineers to bring machine learning models onto real‑world systems
- Bridge the gap between research prototypes and production deployments
- Rapidly iterate from proof‑of‑concept to deployed solutions
- Deploy and test systems directly with customers in real operational environments
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of engineering experience
- Strong curiosity and desire to understand systems end‑to‑end
- Comfort working close to hardware and debugging across the software–hardware boundary
- Experience with low‑level systems programming (C/C++, Rust, Linux kernel, or microcontrollers)
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Willingness to work directly with customers and deploy systems in the field
- Hardware exposure: beneficial but not required
What’s on Offer
- Early‑stage environment with high ownership and autonomy
- Opportunity to work on cutting‑edge AI systems solving complex real‑world problems
- Small, highly technical team tackling challenging engineering problems
