You'll be joining an established, innovation‑driven organisation operating within the healthcare and regulated consumer products space. The business develops and manufactures specialist products used globally, with a strong emphasis on quality, efficacy, and regulatory compliance.
Within the organisation, the Product Development function sits at the heart of innovation. The team works cross‑functionally with manufacturing, supply chain, regulatory, clinical and commercial teams to translate product concepts into reliable, scalable solutions that meet both customer needs and regulatory expectations. This is a highly collaborative environment, ideal for someone who values technical ownership and real‑world application of formulation science.
In this role, you will be responsible for progressing new formulations from early‑stage concepts through development and toward manufacturing readiness. You'll apply scientific judgement, structured experimentation, and practical problem‑solving to ensure formulations are effective, stable, and fit for purpose. Experience with product development is highly desirable.
