Our client, a leading international investment bank, is looking to expand its Fund Placement team in London and is currently seeking an Analyst to join the platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support execution of live fund placement and capital raising mandates for private equity and alternative asset managers.
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing materials including pitchbooks, private placement memoranda, and investor presentations.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis, fund performance analysis, and market research.
  • Manage investor tracking, due diligence processes, and coordination of data rooms.
  • Assist with client and investor communications throughout the fundraising lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Internships or up to 2 years of relevant experience in investment banking, placement agency, private capital advisory, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of private equity and alternative asset fundraising.
  • Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong academic background in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
