Accounts Semi Senior

RECfinancial are currently recruiting for this Leicester based Practice as they look to increase their current head count and appoint an Accounts Semi Senior to their team. This is a fabulous opportunity to join this forward thinking and innovative business. You may be currently studying or not, either way you'll get the support you need. This firm is about progressing you as an individual. You'll report into a passionate and engaging manager who'll be there for you as you grow.

Your role will involve the following:

• Preparing a portfolio of statutory accounts for sole traders, limited companies and partnerships.
• Additional duties of bookkeeping, VAT preparation, client query handling.
• Personal Tax returns.
• Operating on Xero and Iris so system knowledge.
• Dealing with client queries and providing accounting support.
• Ad hoc duties.

Who do we want as a Semi Senior?

• 12 - 18 months experience within Practice.
• Experience in a similar role.
• System knowledge of Xero, Sage or Iris is beneficial.
