Working hours: 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday

Grade: 10

This role reports to the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis and is responsible for delivering clear, accurate insights into the financial performance of Vodafone Three through month‑end reporting, forecasting, and budgeting. A key part of the role is connecting financial data with operational performance to support strategic decision‑making and maintain strong financial discipline across the organisation.

The role works cross‑functionally with both finance and non‑finance stakeholders to build, review and explain business performance and plans, identifying risks and opportunities along the way.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare clear, executive‑level reports, dashboards, and presentations that focus on effective data storytelling and practical, actionable insights.
  • Support strategic initiatives through financial guidance, scenario planning and sensitivity analysis.
  • Consolidate initiatives, risks, opportunities and performance drivers from across the business to help shape the financial narrative and provide timely, accurate reporting.
  • Lead the consolidation and development of the long‑range plan and contribute to the setting of business‑wide targets.
  • Act as a strong advocate for internal controls and IFRS standards, ensuring SOX compliance is embedded across all financial processes.
  • Review existing processes and working practices to identify opportunities for efficiency, enhanced insight and improved analysis.
  • Carry out market and economic analysis and apply this insight to anticipate future performance trends and potential opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Experience partnering with and supporting director‑level stakeholders, with the ability to influence outcomes while maintaining a strong customer focus.
  • Contributes to shaping long‑term strategy by using data and insight to inform business direction.
  • Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
  • Solid financial acumen with experience in business partnering and strong commercial awareness.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting and data analysis.
  • Demonstrates a growth mindset, actively seeking opportunities to learn, improve and explore new possibilities – both individually and collaboratively.
  • Able to engage, align and empower teams to achieve shared goals and objectives.
