This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic clinical, counselling or forensic psychologist with an interest in supporting adults facing crises or acute mental illness. We look for someone innovative, creative and who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, drawing on evidence‑based psychological models to inform treatment planning.
Our team offers brief psychological formulations and interventions designed to support and stabilise people during their most difficult periods. We have embedded the Comprehend, Cope and Connect (CCC) approach and engage staff in its implementation, enabling multi‑professional colleagues to support patients in crisis with collaborative care planning.
Work transdiagnostically with a range of presentations, including psychosis, trauma and relational difficulties. The post‑holder will participate in quality improvement and service development within a supportive team that values transparency, empathy and humour.
