The Role
An opportunity for a Senior Design Manager to lead and coordinate design delivery across multiple projects, from pre-construction through to completion. You'll act as a key point of contact for design-related matters, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, compliantly and to a high standard.
Key Duties
- Manage design across all project phases
- Coordinate consultants, subcontractors and stakeholders
- Oversee design programmes, information flow and approvals
- Chair design meetings and provide technical guidance
- Drive value engineering and innovative design solutions
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Design Manager / Senior Design Manager role
- Strong understanding of construction design processes and regulations
- Experience working across pre-construction and live projects
- Excellent coordination, communication and leadership skills
