Position: Salesforce Technical Lead

Location: London, UK (2 days a week from office)

Contract: 6 months

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to join a dynamic team on a 6-month contract. This role requires strong technical expertise across the Salesforce ecosystem, with a focus on design, development, and end-to-end delivery of scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end technical delivery of Salesforce solutions, including design, development, and deployment
  • Manage data migrations, integrations, and system architecture
  • Work across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
  • Implement and customise Salesforce solutions using best practices
  • Develop using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce
  • Build and manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
  • Ensure high-quality code through testing, debugging, and code reviews
  • Implement CI/CD processes using tools such as Salesforce DX and Jenkins
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience working on the Salesforce platform
  • Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
  • Hands‑on experience with Automotive Cloud
  • Proven experience delivering multiple Experience Cloud projects
  • Strong development experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Triggers, and SOQL/SOSL
  • Experience with Salesforce configuration (workflows, validation rules, security, roles, profiles)
  • Knowledge of integration patterns and APIs (REST/SOAP)
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Salesforce DX and Jenkins
  • Strong understanding of data modelling and relational databases

Desirable

  • Salesforce certifications:
    • System Architect (required)
    • Application Architect (required)
    • CTA (nice to have)
