The Managing Quantity Surveyor will work alongside a team that focuses solely on bespoke residential refurbishments and new-build apartments in London. The company has an impressive pipeline of work and is offering a stable, long-term opportunity with excellent support and progression.

Managing Quantity Surveyor Role

You’ll take lead of the Commercial division. Overseeing 3 quantity surveyors and an assistant you will be responsible for overseeing the division, profit and loss and supporting the new generation.

Projects range from £5 million to £30 million. The projects are some of the best London has to offer.

Requirements

• 5 years + Experience
• Ideally you will have experience of prime / super prime property experience
• Experience of working for a main contractor
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• The desire to lead and build teams
